Man arrested after leading police on high speed chase

Anniston police were involved in a short, high speed pursuit tuesday after observing a white Chevy Cobalt driving recklessly. The driver, Jay Skilinski was apprehended and charged with Fleeing & Attempting to Elude and Possession of Marihuana, 1st Degree among other charges. Upon investigation, the car was later found to be stolen from Oxford. As a result, the driver, Skilinski was additionally charged with Receiving Stolen Property, 1st degree.
