Suspects sought in Anniston shootings

Anniston police are searching for suspects in the Friday evening shooting of two people at a downtown Anniston service station. Anniston Police Captain Alan George said Friday evening that the Two people were taken to Regional Medical Center just before 7 p.m. Friday after being shot at the Shell service station on 18th Street and Quintard Avenue.  Police are searching for suspects and said the shooting seems to be related to an incident that occurred in the parking lot and is unrelated to the business. Police say they will be reviewing video surveillance footage in hopes of identifying the shooter.
